Exceptional

I was there with my family (8 adults and 2 children). We had 3 apartments and everyone were satisfied with rooms. Clean, well equipped, nice jard where children can play. Location was good, you can walk easily to city center / beach / port. Host was friendly and helpful. He planned us a boattrip, helped with airport transfer and was always ready to answer our questions.

Lovely host and very clean facilities

Dragan was a great host, providing us with a map of the area and recommending shops and beaches nearby! The apartment is in a great location, right between the Old Town, Port and Lapad and was very clean. We were provided with fresh towels every other day and the kitchen had plenty of pots, plates and cutlery for us to use.

We cooked quite a few meals during our stay and would just note to other potential guests that the kitchenette is a small area so don’t expect to be able to cook anything too extravagant!

Great apartment to see all Dubrovnik has to offer

The apartment is really nice and had great facilities. Dragan gave us some great recommendations for travel, beaches and food! Would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely, relaxing, spacious apartment in a very convenient location.

The location was excellent. 25 mins walk to the Old City and only 5 mins from the bus stop. Also easy walking distance to the restaurants in the Lapad area. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with a lovely garden and hammock. Dragan was very welcoming and helpful.

We had such a great time in Dubrovnik, a wonderful city on a beautiful coast.

I chose the apartment mainly because it had a generous terrace, looking onto a garden with trees beyond. We really appreciated this - the shade and the view, and having some outside space to relax in. The apartment was spacious, clean and pleasant, close to a bus stop and a shop, so we had everything we needed. Our host gave us lots of useful information about the area, and was very helpful.

I think for the price we paid, this apartment was fine. There was nothing we didn't like.

interesting , lovely area

good location - 25 min stroll into old town or 20 minutes to beach ( sunset beach), or regular No4 bus . mini market just yards away stocks most essentials ( but not fresh milk or English breakfast tea so take your own tea). spacious,clean apartment (No 3, upper floor) , large balcony with nice views over garden. very effective shutters shut out all light in bedroom and quiet at night. a few bars and one food outlet just around the corner but further choices a twenty minute stroll away in any direction - I.e towards town, or towards lapad or Marina. excellent host - Dragan was very helpful and available for advice etc when required but was never intrusive. we were lucky enough that he collected us from the airport hence eliminating any possible taxi trauma on arrival - however I’m sure he would not always be able to offer this service. general views on the area: old town very interesting - history / museums/ churches / city wall walk - generally expensive - city wall walk itself is €35! so worth considering the Dubrovnik pass ( 3 days at €45 , 7 days at €55 - these include entrance to all museums and city bus travel - card activated on first use , bus ticket issued from local kiosk and again activated on first use. Note that one day Dubrovnik pass does not include entry into all museums eg the rectors palace. old town is generally very busy with constant flow of cruise ship crowds - makes people watching an interesting past time. food and drink expensive , especially booze ️ keep your €1 coins for the public toilets - the only free toilets we came across were at lapad (sunset) beach. There’s a lovely walk along the promenade from sunset beach with numerous steps down to sunbathing platforms. The restaurant at sunset beach does nice food and sensibly priced. sun loungers/parasols for hire €22 for two beds/one parasol.

kitchen (like most apartments) is a two ring hob only , no oven or microwave so a bit limited if self catering. jacuzzi bath with a free hand shower head fixed low on the wall so had to shower sitting or kneeling

We stayed on the top floor corner room with amazing views from the balcony. Well kept property, clean, quiet, spacious, beautiful garden, friendly personnel. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Starting with dragan, the owner, who was very helpful with everything. The garden was also great for our baby, so we didn't have to stay inside the house the whole time.

To mention something, it would have been great to have a microwave,but it didn't affect our stay and opinion about the place

«Дивный сад»

Все остальное было очень комфортно, удобно и доброжелательно. Номер небольшой, но там все есть: кухня, хорошая постель, прекрасный балкон, телевизор, ванная комната с душем. Поют птицы и красивый сад под балконом.

Далековато от старого города (около 30 минут пешком) и от автобусной станции (около 4-5 км в порту). Лестница очень длинная в аппартаменты (домик находится внизу под мостом) и иначе никак не спуститься и не подняться с чемоданами. У нас были очень тяжёлые чемоданы.

супер приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин - все подсказал и рассказал/ помог с вещами отличный цитрусовый сад с гамаком чтобы провести там вечера

Не работал вайфай но хозяин искренне пытался помочь и шарил свой мобильный интернет

Великолепно

Удобное расположение. Недалеко от старого города. Рядом банк. Магазин в шаговой доступности. Все необходимое в магазине есть. Недалеко расположена отличная пекарня, где можно купить вкусную и свежую выпечку к завтраку. Автобусная остановка находится в 5 минутах ходьбы, откуда можно добраться до любого района города. Очень вежливые и участливые хозяева. В апартаментах идеальная чистота.

-Мы были окружены вниманием и заботой Драгана и его мамы! -Очень удачное расположение, 15-20 минут пешей прогулки до Старого города, остановка автобуса впрочем также недалеко. В пешей доступности два пляжа и рынок в порту. -Уютное и тихое место. Мы бронировали номер на первом этаже и любили по утрам пить кофе с прекрасным видом на сад.

«Спокойное место. Бесплатная парковка»

Хороший номер с балконом и видом на сад, стол, стулья, так же есть кресла складные в которых можно полежать, позагорать. Приятный хозяин, который встречает, помогает донести багаж и все подробно рассказывает, о том где покушать, что посмотреть, где погулять, как и откуда лучше добраться и т.п., угостил местным пивом. Кухня со всеми нужными принадлежностями (микроволновки нет), хороший и приятный минималистичный дизайн. Рядом банк (берет комиссию за обмен валют) и супермаркет. Хозяин показывает место где возможно бесплатно припарковать автомобиль (близко от места размещения). Горячая вода, кондиционер и полотенца есть.

Центр старого города далековато, но как добраться, хозяин подробно расскажет, как это сделать и где купить билеты. (пешком ~20-30 мин., автобусе ~10-15 мин., такси ~ 5~7 мин.) Мы ходили пешком, для нас было норм. На территорию ведёт лестница (при спуске проблем нет, а вот на подъеме придётся подняться, как на 2-ой этаж примерно, если для кого-то это важно, для нас не было проблемой.
